Regarding coating thickness, the composite structure of an 8-12μm primer thickness and a 25-35μm topcoat thickness is the optimal ratio verified through hundreds of weather resistance tests. This ensures both excellent coverage and prevents cracking due to thermal expansion and contraction caused by excessive coating thickness.

Utilizing a high-temperature curing process of 230±5℃ for 20 minutes, it forms a stable chemical bond with the aluminum alloy substrate, avoiding the problem of easy peeling caused by the physical adhesion of conventional coatings, ensuring long-term reliability.
