The base material is made of 1060 and 3004 series aluminum alloys with a thickness tolerance accurate to ±0.02mm. The coating adhesion reaches the Class 0 standard, ensuring the coating does not crack or peel during secondary processing such as bending, stamping, and cutting, and is compatible with various deep-processing techniques.
