Standard configuration includes two alloy grades: AA3003-H14 and AA5052-H32. AA3003 aluminum-manganese alloy offers balanced overall performance, excellent formability and corrosion resistance, making it the primary choice for general applications such as interior decoration and appliance panels. AA5052 magnesium-aluminum alloy boasts higher strength and superior salt spray resistance, suitable for harsh conditions such as coastal outdoor construction and high-humidity industrial environments. Standard thicknesses range from 0.5mm to 3.0mm, with a standard sheet size of 1220×2440mm, supporting both custom-cut and irregular-shaped cutting. The ivory aluminium sheet surface undergoes multi-roll precision leveling, achieving a flatness of ≤0.3mm/m, free of waves and warping, with uniform and consistent seams, perfectly adaptable to various processing and installation techniques such as bending, stamping, dry hanging, and gluing.

Color accuracy and batch stability are core quality indicators for light-colored finishes. The ivory aluminium sheet conforms to the internationally recognized color chart system, featuring RAL 9001 standard ivory white, while also offering customized warm-toned ivory shades to meet design requirements. Production utilizes a fully automated closed-loop color matching and online color measurement system, strictly controlling color difference within the same batch (ΔE ≤ 1.0) and across batches (ΔE ≤ 1.5). The surface has a default semi-matte finish with a stable 60° gloss level of 30±5°, providing soft, diffused light reflection without glare or eye strain. Furthermore, the matte surface offers significantly better tolerance for minor scratches and dust compared to high-gloss pure white, making it more resistant to dirt, easier to maintain, and ensuring a consistent and long-lasting visual appearance.

Addressing the industry challenge of yellowing and contamination in light-colored coatings, ivory aluminium sheet employs a customized double-coat, double-bake roller coating process, constructing a three-layer protective structure: a chemical passivation conversion layer, an epoxy sealing primer, and a weather-resistant polyester topcoat. The topcoat dry film thickness is consistently 25–35 μm, while the back protective primer is ≥10 μm thick. The formula includes anti-yellowing additives and UV absorbers to effectively delay color shift caused by photoaging. Authoritative testing shows no blistering or rust in a 1000-hour neutral salt spray test, and a color difference ΔE ≤2.5 in a 1000-hour xenon lamp accelerated aging test. It maintains color stability in indoor environments and has a service life of 8–10 years under normal outdoor conditions. The coating adhesion meets ASTM D3359 4B standards, and the film does not crack or peel after bending or deep drawing. With a pencil hardness of 2H, it is abrasion-resistant, impact-resistant, and resistant to scratches from daily cleaning.
